怎樣使一個div標簽隨著瀏覽器窗口的改變一直居中顯示

在我們開發頁面的過程中，經常會遇到讓div居中在瀏覽器中顯示，或使div標簽在父級div中居中顯示，下面就是解決方法
1、在瀏覽器中居中顯示

2、在父級div中完全居中
