C:\Users\admin>pip install django

Retrying (Retry(total=2, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None)) after connection broken by 'ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', timeout('timed out',))': /simple/django/之后開始下載后沒多少就直接報錯退出了，可以用下面的方法換源下載：
pip install -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple django
